1. Personnel Requirements
Operators of excavator piling machines must be familiar with the machine’s structure, performance, operating procedures, and safety precautions. Only after passing an examination and obtaining a certificate can they operate the machine independently. This is to ensure timely handling of unexpected situations during construction and to reduce or avoid mechanical failures or project delays caused by mechanical problems.
